Pinheiro Guimarães is pleased to make available the inaugural edition of its Public Companies Bulletin, a publication developed by the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets team that brings together analyses and indicators on the practices adopted by Brazilian publicly held companies.

The bulletin was prepared using the firm’s proprietary database, structured with the support of artificial intelligence tools and populated exclusively with publicly available information disclosed by 311 companies listed on B3. The database enables the organization, standardization and systematic updating of data, as well as in-depth research on topics of relevance.

By combining this proprietary database with the specialized legal analysis of our team, the bulletin provides a consolidated overview of market practices in light of the applicable legislation and regulatory framework, offering valuable insights for directors, issuers and other market participants.

This inaugural edition examines, among other topics, companies’ management structures, diversity within management bodies, executive compensation, equity-based incentive plans (stock options), ownership and control structures, Annual General Meetings held in 2026, and the principal securities issued by Brazilian publicly held companies.
