Pinheiro Guimarães will participate in a webinar dedicated to analyzing the potential implications of the designation of Comando Vermelho (CV) and Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) as Foreign Terrorist Organizations by the United States, featuring presentations by Nicholas J. Lewin and Rebecca Tinio, partners at KKL. Nicholas J. Lewin previously served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, including as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division, and advised FBI leadership on national security matters. Rebecca Tinio served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, including as Deputy Chief of the Civil Division in the Southern District of New York.
